Registration

It is a requirement that each family must provide the following information to register one of their children with our dance school:

Contact Details

  • The name(s) of the parent(s) or guardian(s)
  • An email address, which is our main and preferred form of contact with families
  • A Mobile (GSM) phone number, which is our second method of contact with families, generally for last-minute changes such as a class cancellation.
  • Address, which can be used to send RAD certificates, deliver lost clothes, etc. We will also use this address to obtain a better idea of the geographical diversity of our families.
  • Name of student
  • Date of Birth, which is a minimum requirement to register for RAD Ballet examinations, as well as a requirement for us to better place new students.
  • The "Current Academic School" allows us to identify during registration a school where we teach classes directly and to better suggest classes for new students.

RAD Examinations

It is a requirement of registering for RAD examinations that we must provide to the Royal Academy of Dance your child's full name and date of birth. They will receive a unique Number from the Royal Academy of Dance for future examinations.

On our RAD Exam Schedule web page we publish a list of this year's RAD exam groups plus the pre-exam practice sessions. Only the full name of each RAD exam candidate is displayed on this web page plus their RAD exam level and no other personal details.

Deleting Your Account

After your child (or children) have left our dance school, we still retain your family's details in our database for historical reasons, especially as many of our expat families will often return to Belgium many years later; however we will not contact you any more. You can request to delete this information; but your historical record will then be lost (and replaced by a generic equivalent).

Web Security

When you proceed to make your purchase, your browser makes a connection to the secure section of our website.
